we are suspending production at present and urge male and female talent that have recently returned from the states to not work until a reasnoble quarenteen period and have new tests befor they work again and inform people they have worked with since there return (BEAR IN MIND THERE IS NO CERTAIN EVIDANCE THIS OUTBREAK IS ONLY 4 WEEKS OLD)
on friday we had a 4 hour meeting with a specialist hiv doctor from the bri
there are a lot of intresting facts on the subject and we are looking into a info website ,
i feel this is serious enough to take this action i hope you all share our concern and take the apropiate action

It is a scary time at the moment for some people and it is good to see that another producer is taking the right action and looking at the safety of the performers.

As I am sure you have seen on this board and other there has been a meeting recently to discuss setting a UK standard. From this BAIHA (British Adult Industry Health Awareness) was formed. We will have a site up shortly to offer advice and recomendations. We had a meeting today with a leading medical company to set up a nationwide test service. We will be informing all producers and talent of the out come once we have all the prices and locations shortly.

We will also be looking to set up a meeting in early May to discuss the UK standard and get the support from the industry to set up this UK standard. We will be confirming this meeting shortly and trust that you will attaned.

i think its great to see one of the biggest production companies making a stand nice one guys

and if theres evidence that this scare could possibly have started earlier then the date i left america which was after the dates they have at the mo i will definatly be stopping work completly until i know

and would hope others do to i will be going for a dna test and speaking to charring cross tomorow and hope others follow in the same direction

Maybe it would also be useful to compile a list somewhere of the UK actors and actresses who have been in the US over the past couple of months? After all, not all people are as sensible as Alicia and may well work regardless and this would help ensure an enforced quaranteen list!

I hope all is well with you. Will you be getting your PCR DNA test from Charing Cross Hospital. I have been tested there myself, but I didn't know they did the DNA test.

The people there seemed very helpful and knowledgable. I look forward to hearing what you can find out from them.

Can I just say, that I work with not only the top production companys in the usa, but also being a manager with the longest standing managment company in the usa, and also being part of the english industry for at the least 10 years, and also being very close with Sharon Mitchell and the health care, that I have put everybody who knows anything in touch with Jim Dean at phil Jean, and from now on to get a full run down on why this happenes and how best to avoid this prblem that people speake to him at first hand.
This could of been avoided and so speake further with Jim.
