Hello Dibbley, I thought I would ask this in indirect response to an earlier post saying you should be an MP.
Do you do a 'draft' of your posts or do you just spout off ad-lib like the rest of us imbeciles? Furthermore, your posts are lenghty- are they not time-consuming, or does an aristocrat of the higher echelons have a cyber-scribe?
(*Trevor McDonald accent*) And finally.....
Being so opinionated, have you sent any of your views into the letters page of the broadsheet press?? I'm sure Times and Telegraph readers would be sharpening their knives...........
I'm curious like my eternal nemesis, the cat.

"Do you do a 'draft' of your posts or do you just spout off ad-lib like the rest of us imbeciles?"
Bit of both, I guess.
"Furthermore, your posts are lengthy- are they not time-consuming,"
They certainly are time consuming - the more lengthy and involved ones can take many hours to formulate. But it's a bit of an addiction with me - many people talk such absurd, irrational, incoherent, bollocks, it has me fair ripping my hair out. Neutralizing their foolishness, with logic, actuality and wit is, for me, like scratching a particularly insistent itch. But you're right; though I enjoy it and gain satisfaction from it, I do spend far too much time on it.
"Being so opinionated, have you sent any of your views into the letters page of the broadsheet press??"
Ah, the old 'Angry of Tunbridge Wells', deal, hey? No, not yet. Though I have been on the verge of it a few times.

My dear chap, they wouldn't stand a chance...

Re: Iran with nuclear weapons-3rd World War?
Philylad will have little or no time for porn - seeing it as being decadent, debased, and simply another opiate of the masses. But, being a revolutionary propagandist, it's philylad's job to infiltrate all kinds of forums. And, whenever an opportunity arises, to innocuously, politely, and oh so reasonably, plant the seeds of doubt and discontent in the minds any impressionable, suggestible, and mentally venerable people who might prove to be sympathetic to his group?s ultimate aims. He's particularly on the lookout for people who are intelligent, but confused and angst ridden, unsure of whom they are. They are the easiest to turn. The idea is to gradually turn more and more people to the groups revolutionary way of thinking till their numbers reach a critical mass - at which point the current political and economic systems will break down, allowing philylad and his comrades to step into the breach and take power. Year Zero.
As long as we take precautions and are aware of what his game is we are safe. We can have as many civil debates with him as he likes. But we must also be on guard and be aware that he's a cool calculating customer who will always be looking to lure us onto the Marxist rocks with the siren song of his collectivist utopia.

Re: Iran with nuclear weapons-Is it safe?
The trouble with women politicians in a male dominated enviroment is they lose all that they could bring to the table and become nothing more than clones of their male colleagues
Utterly pointless them being in the game if you ask me
So the decisions over what to do about Iran will take the same course as Iraq
Given the evidence of the nuclear material which could only ever be used for nuclear weapons ie missiles already sold to them its all a bit of a diplomatic farce
So I expect there will be the usual warnings from the security council
followed by the Political Sanctions and lastly an Oil/Gas
Something tells me it won't be resolved quickly
If Iran really wanted this enriched uranium purely to generate power the deal with Russia would have sufficed but they chose to turn their back on it
which tells us they want it for weapons
Wether they'd use them is debatable
If they did they wouldn't be alive for too long
cheers

Re: Iran with nuclear weapons-Is it safe?
Interesting bit of trivia I heard this week. Guess who built the Natanz nuclear plant that all this fuss is about? Give up? It was the Americans apparently.
So the Americans armed Osama bin Laden, gave chemical weapons to Saddam and a nuclear facility to Iran. Anyone see a pattern here?

I see. Thanks!
Fair comment, good response; if you derive such satisfaction from your postings, put thought and time into them. I would post a bit more 'deeply', but would end up getting carried away and writing a thesis- and I simply do not have the time! So I stay on the periphery of small talk, stray to the non-antagonistic side of the nonsensical and veer back to the superficial, only to contribute serioulsy on technical problems, 'what's the greatest xxxxx ever.....' threads and the rare baiting of a twat.
I never realised this forum (excluding people who use this as part of their livelihood) could represent a huge part of one's day; for me, it's a mere afterthought- good banter, nice people, sure- that's it.
A good insight into your generally well-researched and thought out postings. Ta.
