I've always oppsed Avram Grant's appointment.Not because he's Jewish,because he simply was'nt experienced to take a job of managing Chelsea.He only got the job because he's a friend of Abramovich.He did not get it on merit.DID HE?

I wonder when the manergirial merry go round resumes it's course across the summer and into next season,whether other premiership clubs will be offering Grant a manergirial post?

And for the record,at Chelsea we have a Jewish 18 yo player currently on loan at Norwich(Ben Sahar).A player i rate highly and who i hope makes our first team very soon.

Yes,you are right about black people calling each other the 'n' word,but we'll never stop that from happening,as we'll never stop hatred in football from happening.

Liverpool fans will always sing songs about Munich to Man U fans,as will they reply with songs about Hillsborough and Heysell etc.

I'm just not accepting being branded a racist by certain people on here.I tell it like it is,and i'm sure that you won't get many Chelsea fans shedding tears over Avram Grant's sacking,though he did do a good job for the 8 months,but he should of known(and i'm sure he did know) it was'nt going to be permanent.

I blame Drogba for us(Chelsea) not having the European Cup sitting in our trophy cabinet today.I guess i'll get called a racist for saying that !whistle!

While Abramovich certainly gave Kenyon the power to fire Ranierri and hire Mourinho, it was Abramovich who appointed Grant when he "sacked" Mourinho.

If Kenyon is entrusted with the job of finding the new manager, then Mancini and Rijkard are certainly short-odd bets... however if "super agent" Pini Zahavi still has influence then expect Sven to be in with a chance.

The appointment has to be made as soon as possible so that the new man can re-build the squad. With Drogba, Pizarro, Schevchenko and Anelka all likely to go, a couple of top class strikers need to be sourced from somewhere. If either Drogba or Anelka stay, then the riot act needs to be read to them by the new boss, as further examples of their petulance are definitely not needed next season.

A new backroom will also have to be found... Ten Cate will be on his way out as I don't think many of the players have much time for him and he did cause rifts, while I can see Steve Clarke looking for a managers job in a lower division.
