what a silly argument, of course not all people who have been tortured are innocent or have no information, but the point is that you have no way of separating the two, which in turn casts doubt on all toture evidence therefore it is all rubbish, simple logic fella
in actual fact it'd the British governments stance that all evidence gained from torture is unreliable, not just mine
