Thanks for the pointers to image grabber and imagevenue.

The brinkster site is down at the moment so I had to hunt the web for image grabber on other sites.

I found it and downloaded it, but could not get it to view my DVD.

I open IG, select File then one of the files on the DVD. The slider bar on IG jumps across about an inch at a time every second or so, but shows no images.

I have managed to see AVI and MPG files in IG but not DVD mages.

In the end I found a program that converts from DVD to AVI but being freeware it only did the first 5 minutes unless you pay. I think it is called DVD ripper.

I was then able to use IG on the AVI file, but becuase it was only 5 minutes I did not get all the images I wanted.

I will keep trying as this is all new to me so I am learning a lot.
