With respect Charlie, I think we all know how pay-per-download works, without having a scenario built for us
The main issues for me personally, were the poor navigation on the site, which they look to be addressing, and the cost. $5 per scene and $25 per movie for their US users may be good, but ?5 per scene and ?25 per movie over here isn't so good (he says, putting it mildly). Is this a programming mistake, that they've had to stick with now the site is up?
Others were having issues with the condescending responses from Bluebird, regarding posts that loudly demonstrated their frustration with trying to purchase.
I don't see anyone making detrimental comments about performers or anyone that works for Bluebird, barring PC and HIWATT, and that's been more down to their 'customer relations' skills.
All I know is, as a punter as well as a producer, when I want a 'wank', i'll find a site, look at what's on offer, make a purchase (if the price is right), 'knock one out' and move on. That's all I care about - content, price and getting to the goodies quickly and easily. I'll be monitoring the site and may well download something when the glitches have been sorted out, and IF the pricing changes.
With my producers hat on, I think it's time for a Bluebird public relations plan to be put into effect.
Punters don't want to hear about subscriber numbers (real or not - who cares), or what the girls are being paid. They (and their penises) want to know which girls are coming up in the following weeks and what they will be doing.

Login via a european/usa proxy and the price goes back to Euro/Dollars. I just tried it and there billing provider was going to bill me 5 euros (trying from a european proxy)
