A few days ago, I was looking with PimEyes help, but the free tier doesn't let you access images and the mosaic images are hard to pick up with Yandex, even if you crop the pics 5-10 times individually.
The face looks Eastern European, probably Baltic. Somewhere in the Estonian, Latvian, Ukrainian region.

Btw (off topic): too many actresses are filed as Russians while they are clearly Ukrainians: Russians rarely mingled (talking about 1995-2006-ish bracket) as much with Hungarian, Polish (to a lesser degree, as Poles don't do as much porn), Czech (and German production) crews and male actors, as Ukrainians did, who come from Polish or even Hungarian backgrounds and probably can speak multiple languages to be able to mix with crews and male actors. Russians rarely spoke any other language than their own in the time bracket mentioned.
I can only accept actresses as being from Russia if the IAFD reference has City as they were born in but even then I'm skeptical. So in my database there are at least a half dozen actresses who have been transformed (back) to being Ukrainians.

I've added both movies that Quince666 provided the titles yesterday.

I'm sure Piccole Donne Spiate 1 is a re-release. Might be originally from a German studio. If anyone finds the original title, please let me know.
