Lots of problems with VEF over the last few months (well, years really). Times of going extremely slow and lots and lots of 502's etc. Read all the complaints in the "502 Bad Gateway & board speed issues" thread in the Help Section.

i was getting a '403' Forbidden... maybe my other half had a word with them...
