Help needed identifying blonde hottie!

Can anyone help identifying this gorgeous babe? She is in a dinner party clip with three guys and three girls. Ian Tate is one of the guys (not in the picture). It looks like it was shot around 2010 maybe?

The blokes talk about financing, and the hottie in the picture gets bored and starts blowing the guy pictured under the table. This then causes a great orgy including anal on the other two women, but not the one in the picture. She looks amazing, but I can't find any details about her.

Looks like she only did a handful of scenes, but some crackers in there. Anyone know why she only stuck around a couple of years?
