Internet Rip Off , over usage

Hi All

I am paying BT for internet and phone .Neither get used when I go to work from 7 am until 18.30
So in-effect BT making money for doing nothing

So Please some folks offer some practical advice on how I can use my computers when I am not at home , thus making it more cost effective for the Bloody BT stuff

Though I guess : the Computer has to be on and will be using energy in the form of
electricity....
But it does piss me off having a service that really hardly gets used ..

BT is overpriced, simply get a cheaper service like the Post Office (which uses BT lines anyway) and you'll find it less painful.

People have been going to work for a long time and their telephones have been sitting at home unused. So it's not a new thing. You could say your house is unused while you're at work - do you feel a need to rent it out in the daytime?

You could say that the point of going to work is that it pays for these costs. i don't know, perhaps I'm missing something obvious.

i go to work - i'm out of the house for 1/3 of the working day - do i get a discount on my gas, electricity, mortgage??

If your not at home your not using any gas ...Oh I forgot that , oh yes
If your saying you work , Nah , no one would employ you , surly not not paying your way , really and some one has has so much faith that they have given you a mortgage . Can you buy a mud hut , or a doss hole ?

If I use Gas yes my house has all mod cons .. It is calculated using a meter

my last bill was ?165 for 3 months

just joined Usenet.... ?23.99 oer month calls will be extra

standard internet ( prob bog standard ) is ?18.99

also I have a nuisance call from a BT Tech ..

When I spoke to about this , They said these are very popular

Why the hell can't the block calls from India, Pakistan, Nigeria ... Seems this dog turds , use a cloak over the number


& No I will not use call preference number , or block numbers
