Ready for Age Verification with BBFC compliance

I have been shooting content for over 20 years, working closely in all that time with BBFC guidelines to make sure that all my content was compliant for TV (TVX, Playboy, BSX) and DVD (TVX, Rude Brittania, Bluebird Films).
With the advent of Age Verification in May 2018 and web content needing to comply with BBFV rules, why not get ahead and make sure your content is compliant ready?
As a cameraman and editor I am a available to take on any freelance work.

But, aren't privately owned porn sites generally behind a CC pay wall anyway? I don't remember accessing porn for free from them ever, especially the UK ones. So what kind of sites exactly does this apply to? What, or for whom, does something specifically change?

A free Russian porn site will have to add a verification check because UK law? I doubt it. So who will run the verification for that website, the ISP aka Tiscali?? I doubt it again..??

And what exactly do they consider to be porn?
Softcore, erotic content as well?
