Various threads have disappeared from the list and the BGAFD Admin has popped as a poster within the last year on various threads so there is someone there doing some admin.

Try going to the film section of the site, click on a film with an affiliate linking through to purchase the product, and contact the affiliate directly. They will still be making sales from this site, and I imagine still paying the bgafd and affiliate payment. They may not give you the contact details direct, but they can pass your details on for the bgafd to contact you directly.
