I'm sorry to read about this guys. It makes the business look bad but can I be the first to say this has nothing to do with the adult business I've known for years.

Thing is seize upon an opportunity and it makes the legitimate adult business look bad when I listen to similar complaints in person.

Strangely, I did try to do a similar project on here with UKAP that not only oul have provided you with the girl to work with, the experienced advice but if you passed the auditions we would have been in a position to offer you work with our producer members or other companies in the business.

The money you would have paid would go to pay the girl but it seems this offer was met with hostility as everyone expected a free shag

The other reason why we expected people to pay was to seperate the time wasters from those who were prepared to prove their abilities by putting their money where their mouth is.

Would you guys be interested in doing this again with UKAP? At least if you have any grievances, we are not that hard to find on our own website, facebook and twitter.

I signed up to this recently after sending e-mails to weareup4it@gmail.com, amateursfunstudiolondon@gmail.com, matureamateuruk@gmail.com and fetishland88studio@gmail.com on 21/12/14. These are e-mail addresses from their websites www.up4ituk.com, www.amateursfun-studio.com, www.matureamateursproductions.com and www.fetishlandproductions.com.

I received a voicemail on 15/01/15 and returned the call (020 7616 9331) and spoke to a woman who took my address. I received an application form in the post together with four pictures of girls I could perform with. I had to choose two and return the others with the form together with a cheque for ?169 payable to 'SN Studio'. This is the letter and the two girls I chose:

I know it is recent, but I became suspicious and started Googling. I found nothing on Studio 88 Productions or Mike Green, and the address on the letter is a Mail Boxes Etc address cleverly disguised as 'Room 408' on the letter. Red flag!

I've read through most of this thread and it is very clear that Kath (kathleenbradley1988@hotmail.com) and Lansley (lansmang1@hotmail.com) are fake accounts as they have both only ever commented on this topic. The Facebook profiles registered to these e-mail addresses are:

Interestingly, both Facebook accounts are both 'Kathleen Bradley', even the one using Iain Lansley's e-mail address.

AFS_webmaster is clearly a fa?ade for Peter. No paid webmaster sticks up for a client so verbosely and passionately as this. I work in technology and this stinks like a rat.

I am very interested in the addresses provided, namely 79 York Street, London, W1H 1QQ and 67 York Street, London, W1H 1QA. They are doors in between shops in a row of shops. No one has been registered at 79, but 67 yields a few recent names as residents: Annika Tamm, Divyesh Chitroda, Jinal Rathod (I've contacted the first two).

I have now reported the matter to the police via Action Fraud (www.actionfraud.police.uk) which specialises in this exact type of scam, and I suggest all others who have had experience do exactly the same as the police focus on targets where multiple reports have been received. My CRN is NFRC150200935276.

I have also raised a dispute with my bank where the cheque was drawn. Their account number is 43953335, sort code 20-69-17, which is convenient as it is also at the same bank I use (Barclays). They are now investigating.

Also, I'd like to back up everything one eyed jack has said. He runs a legitimate business and I was very happy to do porn for his website many years ago.

You are clearly a very articulate person but your investigative skills need some more work

AFS_webmaster is not Peter, it is me, Carl, owner of Cosy Designs (a website design company) who have been making Adult websites since 1997. Maybe if your skills in technology and your use of Google was at the higher end of the scale you could have confirmed this for yourself.

Due to the nature of our work we do not in engage in high profile TV advertising campaigns and most of our clients find us or are referred to us by others but with over 200 adult websites designed by us we are not exactly hard to find, especially for someone that claims to work in technology

As for passionately sticking up for our client, yes we do this for all our clients. The adult industry can be very insidious at times, with "attacks" coming from competitors, moral crusaders, trolls and of course those with ill-informed opinions.

Having worked in this industry for so long we are immune from it all but our clients are not, so we are quite happy to stand up for them when the need arises.

From what I can see from the letter you posted online it's only been a couple of weeks from the deadline (24th January) for you to get your details to them and from my dealings with them I know they are on a heavy schedule with auditions and filming occurring on a daily basis and even my emails to them can take a while to be answered as they tend to be in the studios for most of the week.

I think you may have been a little naive to think you are the only person applying to them and they are just sitting around waiting for you to grace their studio with your presence.

Staring in a porn movie is a dream job for many men, and I imagine The Studio is inundated with applications every day, so having to wait a few weeks or even months to get your big break scheduled into their workload is something you need to take into consideration, especially if you are going to be applying to other large scale porn studios in the future.

Also in the letter you posted online, they clearly give you the opportunity to submit your own material to them at no cost to you. So maybe you should have just submitted them some of the stuff you state you have done for One Eyed Jack if you had any concerns, rather than coming on here, effectively, moaning about not being chosen above everyone else.

Sometimes even the most famous people have to wait in line at the best restaurants if the restaurant is full.

I'm posting what I find without engaging in a full-blown CIS-style "investigation" that is taking up far too much of my time. Same scam, I hope police will do something, I have reported them before to their local council but they re-directed me.
