Can you not do something about the constant, insistent, pointless and unread spam that they post? Or are the accounts linked to the admin in some way?

Over the past two months this site has gone from a quiet forum where photographers and models exchanged info, to a site where three guys spam the living crap out of there sites.


It's gone past the point where people posted in between the spam, and got to the volume where spam is all there is.


I'm all for advertising, but for the love of god, they are getting maybe 40 or 50 views for each post, a facebook or Twitter feed would get hundreds of thousands. All they are doing is intentionally destroying a contact point for models and producers, so there own sites do better.

Fix it, or tell us why we should bother staying here.

It's a promotions forum and they are promoting at the end of the day
It's annoying, intrusive and has without doubt destroyed the forum but i think admins hands are somewhat tied - I've suggested another sub forum for tv/webcam sites before on a similar thread but it won't be my time that us taken sorting it out..

What? I'm not questioning the format, I'm questioning the spamming of the forum. I don't give two hoots what the posts say, nobody actually reads them anyhow.

The 'future' of advertising is on social media platforms. Spamming forums is how it worked in 1997, followed by spam emails, spam texts, now about half an hours work can get spam viewed by hundreds of thousands of eyes.

How many people read the spam on here? 10? 20? For the hours put in every day by the spamming idiots. The irony is, the more spam they post, the less the forum is used.

I'm sick to death of these idiots who don't understand how to advertise spamming this forum.

The Promotions Forum is the right place for such activities, provided 'flooding' is not going on. It is easily avoided if you're not into that sort of thing.

The ones who are really annoying are those who wilfully do precisely the same thing on the main forum, some of whom are likely also complaining about the ubiquity of Shebang / Rampant / Chat Girl posts.
