Need help from a webmaster

Hi Guys

I need someone to give me a hand putting awstats on to my server so I can see and block IP address

Ok I know most will think this is easy and straight forward to do put I have read the read me file and it makes no sense

Can anybody help me out or let me know of a webmaster that can help me
