Recognise the description of this scene?

I was given this video which was supposedly titled "Essex Estate Girls 2" however no video seems to exists.

In one scene, there is a white guy shagging both a blonde and brunette.

A black guy is taking photos and I think Laura Turner is also watching.

Any ideas?

sounds like an early british begginers film.
