Can someone please comment on the legal ramifications of shooting knowingly without Certs.

As a producer you need Public and Employers Liability insurance. If you breach that by having an actor transmit an SDI then it could easily become a criminal matter.

Even if no SDI was passed on, this smells like recklace endangerment at least.

A combination of the Police and Media circus is the last thing our industry needs




I am sure a creative prosecution lawyer could come up with "Attempted Manslaughter" charge, even if know one gets infected. There is no such charge at present under British law, however it does exist in other countries.

In light of other postings on the furore about working without certs it is interesting to observe that around 90% of all models Glamour Chicks work with also work openly or discretely as Escorts

In fact, out of 20 or so models I saw on your Adultwork page maybe 2 of them I can say are NOT escorts!

This further makes a mockery of certs and responsible adult film production

80% of all models escort in the UK so by not working with them would shut the industry down in no time, all the escorts we know have regular 28 day certs & use condoms so the risk if any wouldn't be worth worrying about.

Its so easy to pass the blame & this is why there could never be any unity in the industry.

I'm sure the models who sideline as escorts are probably even more cautious than the norm when it comes to protection!

Always going to be the exception, but I can't get my head around the fact that excuses are being made - there will always be risks, but if you can't be trusted to work with certs, there is a greater chance you're going to be infected.

I'll be letting any girl I know not to entertain those guys who have been caught out here!
