In addition to the information that MissJennyBadeau has requested I would say that you also need to be able to provide verifiable references from other models you have worked with.
If you are unable to do that then I would suggest that your shoot would have to take place in a reputable, bona fida, studio where the studio owner/operator/manager is on the premises.
Finally, from my point anyway, if the shoot is to include sexual interaction (Hard G/G or Hard B/G) then all of the performers should have undertaken a recent full STI/HIV scan at a sexual health clinic and obtained a "Certificate" of results from the clinic that they bring to the shoot with them.
