Obviously not then? It's usually the case where anyone wanting upfront fees are a bit suspect. Must be a SCAM! !annoyed!
Thought it was too good to be true!

Re: Reality Castings
I called them twice and got through to some weird answering message that I mentioned on their facebook page then was told to try again.
I got through and was told the person was busy and they would get back to me the next day....
I never got that call
I told them I was a producer but it seems they have a roster of professional producers and directors which puts them on the playing field already
If you consider they have no website showing any of their productions it makes you wonder just how big these people really claim they are.
I dont want to be quick to scupper their efforts but I will watch, wait and see

Thanks Terry. They are offering big money to performers who work for them, but only after paying them the registration fee first.
They said to look at for examples of their work

Re: Reality Castings
Any 'agency' requiring a one-off fee is a scam. An agency would make money from bookings from their models, and wouldn't put them on their books if they didn't think they could get them work. Any necessary admin is a business cost in doing their job.
Think to yourself then why you would allow them to get paid twice for doing the same job? (ie commission and sign up fee).
There was an expose a year or so ago by the Evening Standard into this scam, and at that stage there were numerous companies all run by the same people. What they do isn't necessarily illegal, as in the T&C's it states that they do not guarantee work, and also that any fees are non-refundable and are just to get you processed etc etc. This process could be something as simple as giving you a return phonecall - meaning that even if you paid ?600 to get processed and you received a voicemail...you got what you paid for (legally speaking).
You are however free to decide for yourself if this is, or is not, a scam. I am just advising that you need to be careful. You know the industry and also how much return on investment a company can make on a scene. If it doesn't sound like the numbers could add up, or if its just too good to be true, then stay away.

Yeah Paul that's just what I thought. As soon as ?1600 per shoot was mentioned it became too good to be true, especially just for a BJ and facial scene.
Thanks for taking the time to reply mate.

This Scam has been around since the year dot!! Gives real Agencies a bad name and deters a lot of would be studs out of the business, we have at least two a week who call in stating they paid money and got nothing other than empty promises.
