Yep we've met you too, (UKAP) and we're of the same age.

The point is..
pause..
the point is that shooting, editing and uploading does take time and it's not by WWA it's done by the model and/or the model's partner or photographer. WWA have paid the model zero for the content.

Zero pounds, zero pence.

Totally agree with all your comments Chopper.I tried to take mine down about 7 years ago now,and had all the same problems.Even Southern Charms sent them legal notices which they ignored.They also kept posting that there were new updates on it even after id stopped,which was obviously to con punters.Personally,i dont see how they are still in business the way they treat people.
I too never got paid by them.

I'm sure if I knew what I knew now I wouldn't touch WorldWideAmateurs with a barge pole and I would have set up the model's content with Southern Charms, more reputable, more professional and more honest it seems

I have to say now that I have read more facts on this matter, its sounds like adult work. Where you the model or producer upload content to the site to try to make money from videos, however it sounds that unlike adult work there is no control on the account once the content has been uploaded.

At least with adult work if you wanted to close down your profile you can login in and do this, or at least if you can't delete the actual profile you can delete movies as and when you choose.

I thought this was another case of boo woo please delete my existence from the world wide web story, which I have never had and symphony, I am a business man and my content is mine.

But now it is explained........ it is content uploaded and then once it is on it is on, thats shocking and I imagine a lot of people would be caught out by this. As if it is uploaded by the user, then they don't own it to keep it there. It also sound slike a trick, as most people will think, if I can upload, I can modify or delete items I add, and why would you question it? Every other site lets you do this........ No it seems


You wonder how people use sites like this but then you remember, no matter what rumours are going round even if true, the rumour is just a tale spread to other people, there are always people who still want to work with the bad eggs or people where the message about voiding them does not reach.

I really wish you both luck in getting this removed, and if you are successful, if the girl in question is still on any other sites, where the content is owned, I think you know now that the chance of that getting removed is slim.

I really hope she sorts out her job too, as the way she seems to be getting treated is shocking to say the least.

Thanks chopper but if you are on about the FAQs on AdultIndustryResources I can't claim the credit as its by Paul Jones, I am Paul Taylor of spunkslutcastingcalls.com but your not the first to make that mistake lol.

I have to say a this point I don't know which Model you are refering to in all this, but don't expect you to post on a public forum as you would of named her in your first post that started this thread, but names aren't important but her problem is and I do hope this gets sorted.

No model release usually means no id, means no official rights of ownership to use on a website = bad news for the site owners. I have to do this as standard compliance to the 2257 required in the US. That rule is not recognised here in the UK which is why producers should do it as standar practice anyway, especially in th epossible event a models age is called into question.

How will you prove she was over the age of 18 at the time it was shot? The model could lie and the owners of that site will be in deep trouble.

You can get a wind down order on that site and have them pulled before 48 hours.

Sorry if Ive fucked any producers game here by mentioning this but if you come into this business you should know how to play the game properly. Thats free advice for your own good

I know this because one model pulled that stunt on me a few months ago and I had to fetch out the releases and ids quick fast to meet the midnight dead line where my site wouldve been pulled without question.

I saw the letter from the solicitor from a big London firm where she blatantly lied and said I was using material that was shot privately using her real name and a pack of other lies.

I soon killed that lie quick fast and she will get no inch nor quarter from me for being that underhanded and nasty and if I did get shut down I'd upload the whole fucking lot to tube sites and advertise it everywhere because it is mine to do with as I please. I paid for it. I own it.

I'm a real nice guy most of the time but piss me off and I can be the arse hole from hell. Why make enemies when you can make friends? She lost one in me with that move.

A final word

I photographed the model in question today and discussed the same. Here's an email that she let me copy and paste

dated 21 June 2011, (2011, yes)

So if you are going to lose your Job would it not make Sense to Up this side of things and say Sod it, if you are going to lose it anyway why stop.. don?t make sense.

So we will put a hold on things as it sounds like you are going in that direction and as you know we will remove all the content within the 180 days so best get started now then if that?s what you want us to do, what happened to the Rich Hubby lol you should not need another job with all the Modelling you do !!

That guy has no right to tell a model who should be making up her own mind what she wants to do with being in this business.

He has no leverage whatsoever without a release and ids so his comments have no validity and if he was a member of UKAP or AITA I would've told him that to his face
