You see, this is why we must not try to ridicule people. A parr is - according to the dictionary - a young salmon. The word you sought to use is 'par'. You probably made a typo in the same way he may be very emotional while typing his post in haste. According to him, his real name was posted, and that is enough for a secretive person to see red and get emotional.
With regards to his post, I got the impression the rate he was offering was for 2/3 hours. That seems like an 'or' situation; a rough estimate. As such, perhaps he is trying to defend his position by using the 2 hours which would be ?75, which in turn he may be rounding up to ?80 (for some reason or another). This is all hypothetical or course.
It would be sad if he thought ?80 per hour at 3 hours worked out to ?150.
However, all in all, I think the main gist of his post is being lost somewhere. I guess it all depends on who is reading though.

He could be posting in a very perturbed emotional state. He could be someone who didn't finish high school. Who knows. We don't know him.
I'm more interested in the content of his character, and less interested in his Language prowess. In this overall situation, I don't think his English language deficiency is that important. It certainly isn't pivotal.
