I had my second catalogue this year from FC last week, March Issue 2 which basically consisted of 3 hour DVD compilations and "Girls Next Door" new material.
It seems that the ordering problem experienced by Daedalus pops up every now and again but like you I've never had problems either with a snail mail order or via the FC website.
Very pleased with the two Michelle Thorne lesbian DVD's I ordered earlier this year.
I have only tried ordering via the internet once and received nothing, that was over a year ago, and my card was never debited.
But I have ordered a number of times through the post, never had a problem, latest order a month ago received promptly, and I am still getting catalogues regularly. The only difference was I got a credit note as one of the DVDs was out of stock due to "high demand" - never had that happen before!
They do seem to have an ongoing problem with net orders but postal ones seem ok.
Whatever their other faults, the company has until now provided faultless-quality tapes (or replaced them without quibble), frequent high-quality catalogues, and rapid delivery.
Not many other outfits could claim that.......
JJ: I have to agree with you that the service I have had, with the exception of the internet order has always been second to none (but they didn't charge me so no loss made).
As to quality of merchandise - much though I love the boy-girl stuff offered by most companies - I do enjoy the "solo girl" stuff - wish my missus was so nubile. I also enjoy their girl next door stuff rather more than the silicone enchanced girls!

in answer to your question, people can be tetchy with each other one day and in complete agreement on everything, the next. if the posts were made with genuinely malicious intent, they would already have been removed.
jj and p r mann are a couple of forum "gorillas" (you may have seen the famous david attenborough documentary, where the alpha males run up to each other in a terrifying but essentially ritualistic manner). no real harm is caused to either participant. on the whole, people are pretty civil to one another around these parts.
