Hey, sorry I can't help, but I was going to post the same question.
I think I am probably wrong, but it might be Tanya Cox?

The guy is obviously Rufus Hound. And she could have easily reached that cereal packet.

It's definitely Sarah-Jane. I asked her once when I worked with her. I have a copy of the DVD.
