Update for those interested:
Despite Principal Films advising me that they were going to get Channel 4's legal department to contact me, I have heard nothing from them. I have emailed them again and asked them to reply to a detailed email I sent them with specific questions about apparent inaccuracies in the broadcast.
The ITC have not processed and responded to my complaint. They have received a reminder email as well.
The only real progress has been an anouncement by Max Hardcore that following the establishment of his new production company, 'Elite Multimedia', he plans to tone down his stuff.
