I have no idea what the number is for because I don't speak German too well so for all I know it's a call-centre for ATVOD but since GGG put this number is on everything they do it may well be one that you can reach them on.

As an aside for anyone connected to GGG - since English is the language of the internet (sorry to Tequila Woods - I am busy getting over myself as I speak) it would be an idea to offer at least an English option to their contact info pages etc.
