The 'Promotions' forum is for the posting of promotional material relating to the British adult entertainment industry, as well as the seeking and commissioning of work by models and producers working in the British adult entertainment industry.
I've signed up on a few sites now that promise the world and deliver nothing in terms of traffic/sales. Adultwork is the only one so far that has delivered a consistantly good income.
I would be interested in peoples experience of the above two sites and whether they deliver what they promise.
Obviously I have to work at it/promote myself and I know its not easy. I have plans in place to run twitter campaigns etc but is it worth the effort with these sites?
Its a bit of a how long is a piece of string question I suppose but I would be interested in any and all opinions
Clips4sale can be good but ideally you need to be adding a new clip every day to get the best out of it.
In my opinion it best suits people who can shoot on a regular basis at very little cost, for example a couple who can shoot at their own leisure, and the content needs to be very niche.
If you can do that then you may find you can make some decent cash. But you will also need to put some work in in promoting your site like you mention. As well as things like twitter, search for forums in the niche of the video you have shot and add some screen caps of the video, or a few seconds teaser video in a post on the forum.
My store is quite a mixture of things, but you can open a few stores in different niches and that probably is the best way to go so that one store is just footjobs for example, another is just facesitting etc. http://www.clips4sale.com/store/28539
