Hey Donkey!!!

Post by Daz Savage »

I like your style.
Well spotted on all counts of logic and law.
Yep, who the fuck has the right to ask about prior work in porn as part of a work contract?
This is all nonsense.
The best advice I can give is to go to the press. The Sport would love this story because it will sell papers for them and the upshot will be publicity for both parties.
The model will be well-versed in fielding any negatives that may come from the story and her website... if she is sensible enough to have one will get quite a surge in hits... The other workplace will be horrified because this is the kind of publicity the would have wanted to avoid all along!

Don't get mad... get a 15stone man with an attitude to go round and make your disappointment crystal clear - I am available after the weekend.

And who hasn't gilded the truth a little on a CV?
Play by those rules and I don't think there would be one working person left in the country.
I agree that it can be grounds for dismissal but again... we are dealing with prudes here and a bit of publicity might be good payback!
Call the Sunday Sport!

Yep... the publicity would probably ruin the court case but since these twats are obviously delicate little prudes I doubt they would get sanction to do this because if it went wrong and they ended up looking guilty by association then the person in the company who sanctioned the release of the story would be at risk from the sack too. This company, I think, want it all nice and quiet so they can go back to living in cloud-cuckoo land and continue going home every night and stuffing their dry old fannies full of plastic rabbit shaped cock or fisting their small dicks to pictures of hentai babes dressed as superheroes!.
Spoil their fun and refuse to see them in court... see them in Kelvin Macenzie's office.
Make some noise!

This was a point I forgot to moan about!
Check out operator for fuck's sake!!!?

Let's get something straight once and for bastard all!
If you ever - and I mean EVER enjoy porn from either side and then make any statement, decision or standpoint that detrimentally affects a porn worker either current or ex then you are no more than a hypocritical cunt.
Can we have that put into law please?
At least porn law amongst us if not actually resident in British Statute.
FFS we need to stick together because there's enough people out there that fucking hate ALL of us without our little gang falling about at the seams!
The fact is that you may not like me but you may need my voice one day because when you think about the way society treats us we don't really have anyone else!

'ExAlexisSilver' personally I agree with you, I was purely taking the viewpoint that most employers would.
Inevitably someone local would find out before too long and word would spread with the potential for comments to other staff, people simply trying to see & talk to the person with no intention of actually purchasing from / using the services of the business etc.

As to the various comments linking adult models and producers to paedophiles it sad some of the general public wrongly make this link.

Daz, you are missing my point. I am asking the question, if such a question was NOT asked on the form then she has a chance, albeit very small. But id the question WAS on the form and she didn't mention it then she has no chance at all.

There is no such thing as gilding the truth, a lie is a lie however small.

I agree with just about everything that has been said on this post, i mentioned in my previous post last night about "working with children" and it seems people on here think that anyone who has said that is having a go.

I am certainly not having a go or trying to suggest that someone who has worked in the industry either model male or female who have did solo, g/g, b/g anything are more likely to do anything to a child. Or that because of their past they are less than capable. If you are trained to the standard porn in your past or no porn you are of the acceptable standard to teach our children.

The thing is that it is the "Angry Parent" protest. Say what you like but it will inevitably be there. I know for a fact it has, as someone i know who had an online site of only solo naked material & was working in a school was fired after parents found out & reported her. She did take them to a tribunal and lost. Now i know & you know that not every parent is a Saint, half of them no doubt watch porn, half of them could be swingers or into all sorts. Some are probably even criminals & this smacks of hypocrisy. But thats just the way it is & frankly probably always will be. It doesn't make it right however.

I'm sure you would probably also agree that with the access kids have to the internet now with their own PC's, IPads, IPhones & other mobile phones a teenager up would have a good chance of finding stuff to. It would make it very hard teaching if kids had saw anything you did in the past. You might not like it but thats the way it is.

On my final note, i think most here, myself included just jumped on the "bastards how could they" thing or "Legal Ramifications" i should point out i'm very sorry to hear this has happened to you Josephine, especially as you said it was your dream job & i hope everything works out for you in the future.

Jimslip knocked the nail on about the papers etc, we had a story leaked to the papers & John lost his job as a social worker because of it.
Tribunals say working or past work in the Adult industry will stop you working with kids, elderly, council / government posts & the mentally ill because of the risk to them if something happened etc & usually look in favour to the employer.
If you can take these to tribunal without publicity & without expense go for it as times are changing, the government are harping on about getting people back to work whatever their past so use this as ammo.
You can kill someone do 10 years inside & get a job easier than if you were a decent honest adult industry worker which is fucking crazy.
