HOLLY KISS, DO NOT HIRE

I had no intention of posting this message about Holly Kiss but if you are looking for a model DO NOT HIRE THIS ONE!! I originally set up a film day with Holly Kiss on mid Feb for a ball busting shoot for my website. We set a date and time and we both confirmed. However 3 hours before the shoot she cancels!!



FAIR ENOUGH- NO MORE SAID. I UNDERSTAND HER CHILDREN COME FIRST. HOWEVER HOW DO YOU NOT REALISE THAT YOU ARE LOOKING AFTER THEM? NOT ONLY THAT I LOST ?175.00. BOOKING OTHER ETC..AGAIN NO MORE SAID ON MY BEHALF- END OF ISSUE- MADE MY MIND UP I WONT USE MODELS WHO CANCEL ON ME- ESPECIALLY 3 HOURS BEFORE A SHOOT. HOWEVER I MUST SAY EVER MODEL I HAVE USED FOR WWW.BUSTEDBALLS.CO.UK HAVE BEEN ON TIME AND WAS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH.

SO I post again looking for new ladies to use for my site and get some great replies...I hear from Holly again and reply with this-

Hi, unfortunatly I booked you before and you cancelled 3 hours before the shoot was about to start. Once this happens I will never again book the same model even though you cancelled with very unreasonable timing, I still had to honor ? to the people who did turn up hence the male models who you would have been kicking. Good luck with your career.

It's not my opionion it is a clear FACT, AGAIN FOR THE LAST TIME- you let me down on a shoot hours before it was about to start and cost me ?175. If you want to argue the matter further I will post our conversations via email on BGAFD and let the people decide, so there ya have it, its not my opinion it is a FACT!!! Every model I have booked have showed up on time and done a great job!! YOU are the only one who has cancelled on me, not a week before or 3 days before, but 3 HOURS BEFORE- then you try to say you never did, great thing about emails is that they never go away!! Infact I should hold you accountable for the ?175 lost!!

Ok, you may have a good track record and all I can go on is what you did regarding our shoot. I am not willing to book unreliable models who cancel on the day in question. I will never entertain using them again. I am sure you are not willing to cover the cost of ?175 out of your own pocket. With that being said don't try and and argue that I have the wrong model as it's clearly a let down on your behalf.

I always have very good reason if I have to cancel a shoot my kids come 1st , I have very good references from all producation companys I have worked for including playboy ,relish ,tvx.
So yes I am one of the most reliable models and am sure any one on bgafd will say the same!!

You sure did, you texted me 3 hours before a shoot saying "I did not realise I had my kids so I will have to cancel the shoot" You did not realise? We were supposed to film at your place. Incase that does not jog your memory this is the actual email you sent me that night! So there ya have it, you let me down and cost me ?175. Guess your not as reliable as you say you are, or maybe you just have a bad memory!!

yes it was i, i did cancel 3hrs before the shoot which was arranged to happen 7pm till gone midnight, but as i stated my children r not an excuse they r my priority i have 3 and manage my life and this business very well but on this 1 occasion it appeared that i had no choice (other than to plant my children in the garden in a tent untill the shoot ended) or cancel. so i did thus. bearing in mind this happened in feb!!! as all of u know i do pride myself in my reputation of being on time and never cancelling a shoot, hence having good references most of u guys on here

Sorry to hear that, but I am very surprised. I have worked with Holly on at least 4 occasions over the past 2 years and she has always turned up punctual even after a very long drive from the other end of the country - and i have found her very honest and great to work with. I am hoping to shoot her again soon.

I think I'd give Holly the benefit of the doubt here. Clearly something totally unexpected. My first time working with her she drove 6 hours to get there. I have booked her twice for my series and she is on my fairly short list of rock solid models.

As a mum of 3 myself I can understand what it is like to juggle things when you have children. Mine are now all grown up and child care is no longer an issue,(except for recently when I had crisis with my 17 yr old) but my kids have always come first before any job I have ever had. I dare say Holly had made child care arrangements but if she is let down 3 hrs before a shoot what is she meant to do.

As much as a pain it is this can't be helped and the fact she has such positive feedback from previous shoots shows this is not a regular occurrence.

No one likes having to cancel a shoot or be cancelled but sometimes it does happen and if a model makes a habit of it then word soon goes round and she will no longer get any work.

But although I have never worked with Holly I don't feel she did this on purpose, she has worked hard to get the good reputation she has, why would she risk ruining it.

This is just my opinion
