Where To Get Certs In North Wales Please?

I'm asking on behalf of a female friend.
Can any recommend where to get certs done in North Wales please? !confused! Preferably free, or at least cheap. I know most NHS ones can take 2 weeks which makes them a bit useless for Adult Film work.
We are lucky down here as we have the great guys at St Mary's in Paddington, (WMP/Praed St), London. !thumbsup!

I've been told a hospital in Chester does them for ?50 hun- nhs

takes a week to get them back
