As the husband of a performer I have to admit that it has never been easy.
Especially at the start I used to drive myself insane at what she was up to yet (through love, determination & survivial instinct) I have overcome it.

Most essentially I 100% trust her more than I have ever trusted anyone and I have massive respect for her. She is a thorough professional, never overstepping the mark, never giving me reason to worry and always treating the job as a job. Ten years on and we have two lovely children who give us added reason for maintaining the elements that have sustained us.

My only concern is that the industry has evolved so far that what performers are 'expected' to do these days is far stronger than ever. From days of softcore being (almost) enough, every girl who hits the scene nowdays doesn't survive unless she follows the extreme filth route. I am not decrying the changes as I gets my sexual entertainment from plenty of the current genre. I do however presume that I would have found it much tougher to do deal with back in the day. Regardless of all this, so long as there is honesty, communication, love and trust, then the relationship will be fine.
