Adult website.

Post by Jamie South »

A model I have worked with has just asked if I know of anyone who can build a pee/watersports website with a members area.

She has also been given conflicting advice that watersports/peeing sites are illegal in the UK and USA. Does anyone know if this is correct and if theses sites are allowed.

She is NOT looking for a free site, is quite prepared to spend money. However what she doesn't want is to have the site built and then find that the content can't be shown.

If anyone can help or knows of anyone who can I will send her personal email address (I have her permission) to them.

Hey,

As far as I am aware as long as the model is legal and there's no violence then a watersports site should be fine.

I can put you in touch with a fair few designers who have good references and strong portfolios, and I can easily knock you up a cms for good rate. Depending on her style / look I may also be able to do the work at a reduced rate / free.

Drop me a message: ian@iancant.co.uk

Hey

Yeah the legalities as far as I know are that the website can not be HOSTED in the UK... I think!

So the content and web designer can be in the UK, but as long as it is hosted in the US, it should be fine.

My hosting and servers are in America and I have done quite a few websites for people on these forums now.

So if you want to send me an email and discuss further, feel free:

I dont think the law is quite that simple...

Jurisdiction is the issue here and as I understand it, it is a very complex issue. Where the site is hosted certainly gives rise to a claim for jurisdiction, but where the content is controlled/uploaded can also be another element that gives rise to a valid claim for jurisdiction.

I think it is something that probably requires you taking specific advice from an IT Law specialist.

You cannot host watersports in the US. If you have a clips4sale store they even sensor the word piss.
Admittedly I host in the US but i would suggest that you look at hosting in the Netherlands for this sort of thing.

I am not a lawyer, but past chat about WS (not something I'm into) makes me believe that it is what is shown that matters.

Girls peeing outside is one thing.

Girls with their mouths open and five firemen slaking her thirst is another.

I still love performing and shooting, and always happy to help people make porn. Esp if tittivation.com will be an outlet :-)

a lot of the problem is with the payment host (ccbill etc) dictating the score. Certain fetish sites are not allowed due to the restrictions via card payment schemes. Of course jurisdiction does play a part, but mainly if complaints are levelled, which of course as mentioned elsewhere is directed back at the person in control of the site (whether UK or Europe) and not the hosting partner.
I have a server in Canada that hosts anything, but it still has to be within reason.
