all you need to do is resize your photo to 640x480 I use Photo Filtre its free


When done click upload copy & paste the link in the box Preview to check when done click post & your all done.

If you go to your local GUM clinic you can ask them for a full test & say your in the sex industry & you need a cert/letter, you will get a throat swap, vaginal/anal swaps & a blood test. its will take about a week to get the results back & you will need a passport/drivers license when you have the test & when you pick up your letter.

Seeing as your london based I recomend you go to St mary's hospital, Praed st, London, W2 1NY tel 020 7886 1225 Its the Jefferiss wing centre for sexual health, staff are great and the tests are free, I have recently changed to them.

Yes good idea regarding the clinic, you are pretty lucky to be London based Aprille as there are more clinics that offer certs. Not all clinics do, I am based in Reading and they wont do me one so I go to Frimley Park who are brill xx
