My site, what should I do???

Hi,
so here's the question.

I am getting alot of e-mails asking when my site will live.

I try to answer these questions on the podcasts and I am getting e-mails about this to my paul@spunkslutcastingcalls.co.uk e-mail and my paul@ukpornpodcast.co.uk so I know I am getting e-mails from a variety of sources, and I guess they will be from this forum too, the response has been very positive.

So what do you prefer?

I am going to do what the majority of e-mails requests to this question.

Now bearing in mind I only have 23 videos that are ready to go online, so do you want the site to go up as it is but just add videos online as I edit them or do you want it to be finished and all videos to date to be added?

I will leave it up to you. I was going to wait but it seems like alot of people following my site can't so, online in the next month or so wait till its complete.

The links to the videos not online will just not go anywhere and am even thinking of having the thumbnails to the scenes in color and the scenes not online yet black and white?

This is a pay per download site so you won't be paying anything unless you want to so the site not being 100% finished will not cause problems.

There will be a download all videos payment option but this will be when the site is finished and there for people who want to purchase all of the videos on the site.

Hi Paul - I used to visit your old site a lot and really liked it, so looking forward to the new one.

Personally, as it's pay per download, just stick what you've got up now (including, presumably, the stuff that was on your old site? Would love to see that Cate Harrington scene again!). Then, you can advertise what you have scheduled for release coming up (a bit like Terry does on One Man Banned and Real Couples) and that will get you repeat visitors as well.

yes Tony I seem to remember you sending me your kind comments in the past. The main stuff thats ready is the old archive stuff, with some new scenes so I might just do that, I haven't had an e-mail yet that hasn't said get it up, the uploading may take a while but it would certainly be up a lot earlier if i put up what I had edited now.

The site was always going to show the old stuff too, as it was material when I was in my prime and the peek of my popularity with the work i did plus they were good scenes I was proud of and a lot of people want to see them again, does that mean they lost their old downloads from the Mark one site????

Not a great fan of pay for a download would prefer a monthly fee and access to everything

I think everyone is gagging to see you scenes back online (I know there's a few I missed first time around !grin!) as well as the new stuff. I say maybe get the pay-per-view stuff up. One, you'll have funds coming in from that and you can work on the membership side to make it the best it can be.

Its what most e-mails have said. My site will always be a pay per download site as it means people can download scenes they want from the free trailers.

However I want people to have the option to have access to all clips too. I don;t think of it as a membership site and so I will offer the option of download the whole site for a one off payment, but this is not to be confused with signing up every month as they may not be updates every month, even though that is the plan, but if things get in the way production wise or just life in general I am not letting followers of the site down. Having said that if people want to sign up for 6 months and that option is in place if I had 4 or 5 months of updates in that time, it would still be worth while downloading everything than paying ?3.99 a scene.

I just plan to attract both types of customers. I know if I was a paying customer and wanted to try the site out, Id want to purchase a scene to see if I want to stay so my site will give you that option.
