we got this at work after some complaints from the tea lady... oh how rude we must be.... well someone did tell her to 'suck my plums'... she obviously detests fruit.

Well, they can just fuck off........pious arseholes.
It's pretty idiotic: anyone with an ounce of common sense and a reasonable upbringing will know when it is appropriate/
acceptable/permissible/mandatory/forbidden to swear, without recourse to some asinine guide.

...and most of these such words of Anglo-Saxon origin have an honourable tradition much longer than the many thousands of loan-words brought over by the Conquest......

hehe, wasn't me directly but i was their to witness it. The guy had to apologise in the end, and in her defence she makes a damn fine cuppa.
