r18 to buy over the web?

Is it still illegal to sell R18 as mail order over the web? As i heard laws were changing ?
Or does anyone know where you stand on selling unclassified films?

All videos/dvd's sold/rented in the UK must have a film certificate, which means submitting the video to the BBFC.
