I've learnt:

Con's
*No matter how many times you're told you look gorgeous, it still doesn't make you feel better on a "fat day"
*You have more "fat days" because there are some gorgeous models out there who don't help your self esteem!
*There are alot of photographers who mess you around (its not just the models!)
*There are old of "professionals" and ex pro's who try to take the piss
*Everyone thinks you're a slut
*There's alot of gossip
*There are alot of diva's who have only been around 10 minutes!
*There are alot of unreliable models
*There's alot of bitching
*That you only have a short shelf life so you must grab every opportunity you can!
*Some photographers can be pretty harsh towards models!

But to end on the pro's:

*How to be more confident
*Not to take life too seriously
*enjoy the ride
*It's ok to have a high sex drive
*It's ok to fancy women!
*That if people don't like me, I shouldn't give a monkeys what they think
*That there are alot of other girls out there just like me and from that I've made some amazing life-long friends
*How to take control of my life
*How to stand up to back-stabbers and "haters"
*That my fans are actually lovely people and not just pervy old men and they can cheer me up when I'm feeling down
*There's no such thing as burning yourself out
*That the industry is like a little family and we do care about each other and hope we are all safe and well (most of the time when we're not falling out )
*You don't have to do boy/girl to be successful
