Selling adult DVD's online from UK help

Hi guys, I need some advice on sending adult DVDs from the UK to UK and abroad.

I heard that sending adult DVDs via the royal mail postal service is illegal.

Am I allowed to send them by a UK courier?

At the moment we send them from our base in Spain but I may be bringing it all back to the UK so any help needed on this would be greatly appreciated.

In short, mate, no you can't. The shipping of R18 material in the U.K is illegal, no matter how it's done. You would probably get away with it if you send them via courier but, knowing the police have nothing better to do(!), could jump on you and charge you. Even advertising it is illegal.

Advertise & sell them from abroad but get someone based in the UK to post them in plain jiffy bags, its been done this way for years now with lots of European countries. Our friends used a nice old couple who had a spare room for the stock & it gave them something to do & earned them some extra pennies.
