Is there an easier way than clicking and saving each pic, one at a time. There must be some software, can anyone give me a pointer?

O/T Downloading from Newsgroups
Re: O/T Downloading from Newsgroups
Almost anything but Outlook Express !!!
I've used Agent for years, one of the few pieces of software I'd
actually pay for!! Although there's a free version, Free Agent, which does pretty much most of what you wish for (not sure if it's YENC-equipped yet though)

If you are using OE then highlight all the posts you want to download then right click on them, select combine and decode and OE will download all the selected files and then open one window containing them all.
Right click on the list of file names and the select "Save All" and tell it what folder to save all the pictures to.

I don't know much about Newsgroups, but if you want to download loads of pictures off the net get Picaloader from www.voxsoft.com
If you set it at say a good site with loads of links it will download all the images of a certain size on that site and then follow all links and do the same there. You end up with lots of pics!

Thanks guys. I downloaded some software but it wouldn't locate the Newsgroups I wanted. So I used your method Mike C and it was what I wanted.
