Nah....he would have been one of Lizard's collateral rellies.
Yours was more likely a 22-foot-long job called Dinichthys, huge scything fangs, etc.
BTW, did you know that the flatfishes are widely held to be the most 'advanced' (i.e. specialised) of all the fishes? Hmmmm....
