Like you say theres a gap in the market so would be great to fill it!
Only thing we've considered so far is getting them from Russia, etc theres plenty there, but not want we want, we want BRITISH GIRLS!!! Plus getting them from overseas costs more, travel, hotels, etc!
Thanks for suggestions but theres only a handful (not even that) for a successful site you need a good pool to keep the punters interested.
It just seems odd that theres not many British girls, theres tons of models that do glamour the right age and looks, but they don't do B/G! I wonder what makes the UK different!

What it comes down to is do you want talented performers who know what they're doing & look the part? There's not going to be anyone better than Masie for this.

My two cents:
It is sad because some of our teens are hot! Absoloutley smoking! I have been approached in the past by fresh faced newbies who have turned out to be a waste of time, fair play to them if they figure out it is not right for them, but I feel generally the younger and the less experience the performers have, the higher the risk that they will flake and not turn up for a scheduled shoot. Not many producers, including me, will be happy with that way of working.
Saying that, I do feel it is all about nurturing the talent, in a totally non-pervy way, if you have a newbie or a young model; set the example by showing them the industry as much as you can (including the bad) but also offer them regular/repeat/contract work or at least get them work with your trusted colleagues. They probably already feel a little lost and maybe even out of their depth, whether they are passionate about it or simply doing it for the cash, there is a lot to know right out the door for their own personal safety as well as their image.
If I was in their position, or even when I first started producing, I would have loved someone to hold my hand until I found my feet.
The UK adult industry, I find to be quite closed down to newbies, people seem almost secretive about their ways and methods, that too can be said about the American industry as well but America and Europe have the agencies that specialise in adult performers for big and small clients (Jim South, LADirect for example) the UK industry is sorely lacking these bodies and I think not only would these agencies make the booking/scouting of a model and casting an adult film much easier and more efficient, producer-side I also feel that an active and stable agency would increase the amount of new performers we see in the UK from year to year. It would also take some of the pressure and anxiety from models visiting producers for the first time if the agency has somekind of vetting procedure, it concerns me a little that this kind of venture hasn't been explored as of yet here in England especially given the talent pool forming around lap dancing clubs.
In Manchester, this last year, another five have opened for business and all are fairly overpopulated with performers ageing from 18-25, some of these performers I imagine would be interested in some form of modelling work that is not too different from their 'night job' I'm not drawing that conclusion loosely but from conversation with some of them that I have had personally... sure they might have been after my cash but the ones that I discussed my ambitions with at length were interested in pursuing some kind of adult web work.

We used to have agencies, the trouble was, models, (and producers) would book once through the agency, then book direct for any subsequent shoots, cutting out the agent in order to make/save ?30-50.
The agencies just became a one-time introduction service, which was just not profitable when you went to the trouble of sourcing new girls, who you would only make a couple of hundred quid out of.
Short term thinking lead to the long term situation we now find ourselves in. Everyone for themselves, everything as cheap as possible (if you can't get it free)

You just have to ask in the right places!
