yes AIR is a good site to find models,
and why don't you stick up a looking for models post on here & on AIR ........
stating levels and shoot details
I can also recommend paige - having shot with her before, shes a georgous girl and fantastic model/performer,

Apart from the links that have already been posted there is also..
Although Purestorm gets a lot of stick on this forum, I still find that to be the best, but has you say it's not that easy to find models wishing to shoot nowdays at a reasonable cost especially for lower type levels.
