very, very few will get signed to a massive company or an exclusive deal, and fyi: be very careful if ever offered an exclusive deal 99% are bullshit that get you stuck in a clause and stunt your working potentional.

what you have to do, be on bgafd, air and trawl for bookings all the time, spend a day going through google, uk porn companies / sites etc ... everyone with a contact me link, contact them ... get on places like www.harmonysocial.com, adult social networking site, but many producers and photogrpahers up on there, sometimes if people get to know you on a personal basis, they may book you not just on your look, but your personality and vibe ... make friends with other performers who can advise etc, lot of companies, producers are 10 times as busy as us, as they are handling 10 times the people and shoots, so it may not be they dont want to help or advise, they simply might just not have time, they could have 20 new performers contacting them with the same queries.

the work isnt just going to flood in, noone the next big amazing thing, we are in a industry full of gorgous girls and studs, it is very very hard to be the only oddity that everybody books! its an ego check for every single person, you have to find the work and keep plugging, when and it after a lot more than four or the double figures of scenes I have done 5 and half months, it something that take months or even a year or more than a year there will be a time that work comes to you, but look at famous actresses, actors, some dont get their big break until there 30's, some never at all, porn industry is exactly the same! we all want to be living like jenna jameson! unfortuantely alot of the time Im more like the female jo triviarni from friends! its hard, and its hard to make it, and you will never be everyone cup of tea etc

Just to point out upfront I only ever shoot girls, so I'm no good for you to contact however I just want to give you a piece of advice.

Firstly, I don't know what you expected when you came into this industry? It never has and never will owe anyone a living. Just because you've done 3 or 4 scenes doesn't mean you're instantly due fame, wealth and recognition. Even girls who are big names are struggling to find work, some are supplimenting their income in a variety of other ways and it's the girls that are effectively 'the commodity'. Even the LA scene is struggling, big name girls are not working often, the very economy that is effecting every day life, also effects the porn business, incomes are down, shooting is therefore down.

You mention people messing you around, well welcome to the industry, the very nature of it means that for every decent, honest person, they'll be many more flaky, dishonest, emotionally unstable, selfish, sell their granny for a quid sort of people.

Now I've seen new girls post on here and in some cases I've liked the look of them but as soon as their attitude comes out in a bad way, bitchiness, ego, difficult or downright unsavory, I wouldn't book them regardless. They've shown themselves to be someone I wouldn't trust or want to work with. Now you've come on here and in less than a week, started bitching about things. Not every producer posts on here but that doesn't mean they don't read the forum, so step back and ask yourself how do you think you are coming across? Are you showing yourself in a good light?

99.9% of girls in this industry are putting on an act, their porn alter ego, where they will say what the producers want to hear.
