You can only say it if you can prove it.

If you can't *prove* its true, you leave yourself open to claims of libel, and BGAFD, being the publisher and distributor of the slur, are equally open to any claims.

Correct,my better half is a solicitor.........info on the internet can be used in Court cases.
There was a famous case in 1997 regarding deportation of a bloke to the USA..the internet evidence he provided stopped him being extradited.
Doubt it would fuckin stop that now as we are 12 years further entwined with the good old Yanks.No further comment,they might fuckin sue me next lol

Why bother putting a pointless post i have been in the industry over 23 years and now with the internet and sites like bgafd and other forums it attracts more and more dodgy people on the net.

Its so easy now just to make a fake profile and pretend to be someone and most forum owners don't give a fuck! its just common sense now days how to check people out either models or photographers but i want go on about that its another topic!

If its a series problem and really dodgy go to the police.

And i must say its not just photographers now days its some models are just as bad!

oh i get the whole law thing of libal but that doesnt make it right,for me its just good morals if theres a dodgy person around and its 100% true then peeps should be made aware. i dont know how i would feel if i knew about someone and said nothing then something happend to a model or a tog.

also isnt it only libal if its not true? so its on the posters own head weather there telling the truth or not !banana!
