Whos this bloke with the weird (i before e eh Buttsei) brackets and stuff for his name. And more to the point how is his name pronounced?

We get enough of this odd symbol related oddness from JK. Thats Joe King BTW not the bloke from Jamireqiue....I cant spell it but he went out with Denise Van Outen.
