We still use them Sam lol! one day when we turn Pro maybe we will get some of the other gear, as we always say start small & make do & spend more as you earn it.

Lol well Kim they still get great results, i would still be using one myself if mine hadnt broke and ive been too lazy to pick up a new one so far.

There is another idea you could rent some bowens for when you need some pro lighting, lauritas local and I know she's got some but this ties into one of my other ideas I was going to talk to you about.

For stills I tend to use 2 SB-800 flashes on stands with brollies, these work very well balanced with ambient.

I don't usually use lighting for video, but if I did it would be a work light reflected off polystyrene sheeting or other reflective surface.

Hi everybody,
Just to say wasnt being rude and ignoring anybody - have only just come on line - been doing the daddy thang - will be looking at all the really helpful suggestions during the day thursday whilst the little buggers...oops darlings are at nannys - big up to the BGAFD as always !rules!

I mean film as in video - i should have known it was a mistake to post cos if you make the slightest typo someone there to tell ya...

I'll stick to just posting photo's of my shoots in future...
