Well, well. I hadn't expected to hear these sort of accusations.

Please feel free to check companies house and you will be able to see that at no point was I (Craig/Elton) a company director. Therefore I was an employee of the business. There was NO scam and I WAS the tech guy that supported and maintained the site and the systems behind the scenes.

As for the petty and quite rude accusations, "when i told them what you were doing it resulted in them telling the investors and them pulling out,taking all the equipment and booting your 2 sorry asses out the building they owned" I am happy to tell you that none of that is correct.

The equiptment is currently sitting on my desk in our new offices, and the "BOOTING your 2 sorry asses out the building they owned" was never the case! The new business group that took over had no interest in using the building where the company origionally resided as they already had offices!

As to the "SCAM" that seemed to be going on. Well there never was and never will be a scam. This is a UK registered Limited Company run by UK residents that have financial histories in this country.
The new director is unhappy at these remarks made yet fully understands that there may have been issues between performers and the origional business and he is willing to speak to anyone that needs clarification.

As to the defamation of MY character, well I can only re-state my previous points, I am (and was) the "Tech Guy" and at no time have I been involved in any "SCAM" with BlueCamLive.com

The photo's on the site are under license to us as they were taken by a professional "Newspaper" photographer that was at the PornPartyLive in 2008. These said images have been given to us as has permision to use them on the site.

wow u guys just cant help lieing can u!! you were cought out loads of times on this forum when this first started around 8 monthes ago and then you vanished (probly all the different user names you were using to try andworm your way out of it got found out!)

i was told by the old investors hunni, and the old accountent and REAL tech guys that they took there equipment back and kicked you out the studio.....and im inclined to believe them over you as they have always been straight with me unlike you who is clearly a pathological liar.the real tech guys also contacted me a few monthes back about buying the site from them as they had lost so much money through your scamming and wanted to recover some by selling the site and code. looks like you bought it off of them, maybe you should have considerd paying everyone you owed first if you had the money to buy the site.

as for ''the pics were taken by a pro newspaper tog'', how come there taken by a canon 400d (one of mine) and i have the original raw images? could it be that your lieing (again) and the images were taken by us with my camera and i emailed a copy of them to you before you ripped us off?

also if none of my ''accusations'' are true then how come theres more then one model saying the same thing? i can post all the links to the posts from them about your scamming if you like? i even had 2 of them contact me on msn last night and to say they werent happy with you is a understatement.

I was hoping BCL would see sense this time round - after you claim to have gotten rid of the culprit known for scamming the girls last time, Elton/Craig/Mr Ryan/insert whichever alias fits the day of the week....

But using other people's content without a license to do so is not good cricket old chap.

The pictures discussed were indeed taken by Jim - the press did take a couple but this was downstairs in the dungeon before they got bored and left.

I would have thought you would want to make a fresh start with completely new content on the site anyway if you want to escape the old image of BCL. Already, the fact you are using the images when you don't have the copyright or model release from any of the models is causing you problems.

I'm making a wild guess here but perhaps you think all the publicity and scandal will bring you traffic... but if you have no talent because the girls are wary of you, then any traffic that comes along and see's a ghost cam site with no girls is going to take it's business elsewhere.

Personally if it was me and I had the choice of digging my heels in over a few pics and majorly pissing off one of the queen bitches (sorry Vicky babes - luv ya loads ) OR starting afresh and making a gesture (ie removing Vicky's pics) to show you are genuine and mean what you say I'd opt for the latter.

I hope for your sake you do too. Seriouslah.
