i am looking to get into the business, is there any ladies out there that do paid work for new starters? i do not want escorting work, but need to get tips etc and the only way is to get this from models

No Paul - the ONLY way to get this is by talking to producers in the biz. Every female performer will want a different thing as will the male performers, but it's the producers of the material that call the shots and the males that can give you tips.
How will a female be able to give you tips on how to get up on command?
How will a female be able to give you better advice than a male on where to get the best priced Viagra/kamagra etc... for lengthy and arduous shoots?
How can a female performer tell you who's hiring the guys regularly these days?

If you're serious about the industry as a potential professional male performer then you need to promote yourself as one... with the emphasis on professional. I moan about girls not posting pix here and would be remiss if I didn't mention the single biggest fault of nearly all would-be new male models...
The fact that they nearly all sound like they just want to have some sex and pretend that it's work.
Sorry if I've got you wrong Paul - sincerely but you've promoted yourself that way.
Try posting again and this time use a title that will attract the attention you actually need. Putting LADIES in the title will simply atract female models who are looking for work and not girls who are going to pay you!
Try a title like this: "New male performer looking for work." Then in the body of the text you can ask for hints and tips... that way the people who you actually need to see your advert will!..
Unless you really do just want a fuck.
