Decent financing...different locations...higher production values

Yes. The opening of local sex shops is regulated by the local councils. We had a shop selling sex items e.g outfits, PVC stuff & toys open just yards from a girls school you should of seen the headlines in the local paper: "Sex shop to open next to school" it blasted & it's not even a sex shop it's just a shop selling sex items.

You won't get any relaxation of the sex laws governing sex shops in the UK, the goverment want to please the "Mary Whitehouse brigade".

You would think as we are part of the EC we would now have the same freedom.... no chance! Can't even get hard core on British Sat or Cable channels for people to enjoy in the privicy of their own homes.

But the first reqirement is a rather more powerful lobby-group than we have at present. And I can't see where that would come from.
