It said on their website last time I looked that they didn't sell to customers within the uk.

Probably can't be arsed with the hassle of despatch, and making PAL versions available.
They're not alone: and where you do find companies (e.g. Score/
Private Performance) that do UK despatch/PAL, they often charge a huge add-on for their trouble.
