Niether but you were close. Its in Cleveland which borders Co. Durham. Lots of chemical plants and steelworks etc and the second busiest port in the UK. It used to be known as Cape Canaveral due to the skyline of smoke stacks and metal gantrys etc and the locals were referred to as Smog Monsters.
